|Mining lease and miscellaneous purposes licences application process|
On 26 October 2016 Pirie Resources Pty Limited lodged a mining proposal under the Mining Act 1971 for the Campoona Graphite Project in the Cleve Hills of Eyre Peninsula.
Statutory public consultation was undertaken for a period of 6 weeks and finished on 23 March 2017.
Following this period the Government of South Australia requested that Pirie Resources provide a Response Document with responses to issues raised in submissions received during the Statutory Public Consultation period.
An assessment of the application was conducted following the submission of the response document which has now been made available for public viewing:
