Environmental concerns and complaints can be registered with

Press 5 for environmental issues, and leave your message. Penrice will respond to all concerns within 1 working day and report these to the Community Consultative Group on a monthly basis.
Complaints about environmental issues and corrective actions taken are included in the compliance reports and also addressed in the Penrice operational updates presented at the PCCG meetings.
