Notice of applications for a mineral lease (ML) and three miscellaneous purposes licences (MPLs) is hereby given in accordance with Sections 35A(1) and 53(2) of the Mining Act 1971 (the 'Act') and Part 5 of the Native Title (South Australia) Act 1994.
The project was determined a controlled action under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). The proposal/management plan will be assessed under the Bilateral Agreement between the state of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

The proposed site is located within the Pernatty Station and Oakden Hills Station Pastoral Leases and is subject to the Kokotha people (Part A) Tribunal Reference SCD2014/004.
